In 1958, John Vanderslik (Van) moved his family from Los Angeles to the Central Coast. He purchased a small house on a hillside and the lot next to it. Van, who was a contractor, remodeled the small house and added a large living room with fireplace, a master bedroom and bath, all with garage and storage space below. The final result was a beautiful three bedroom, two bath house with ocean views.

We’re excited to open the house to family & friends. For mere mortals, we are listed on Airbnb for stays of 30 days or more.
