In 1958, John Vanderslik (Van) moved his family from Los Angeles to the Central Coast. He purchased a small house on a hillside and the lot next to it. Van, who was a contractor, remodeled the small house and added a large living room with fireplace, a master bedroom and bath. The final result was a beautiful three bedroom, two bath house with ocean views.

We are excited to offer the house to friends and colleagues. For stays of 2 weeks or less, the price is $100 night. For stays of 30 nights or more, we are listed on Airbnb.
